- Damaged artwork: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can refund the full amount (including shipping costs), provided you send us the original artwork back to our studio and email us proof (such as an image/photo) showing the damaged condition of the product. Please email us for the best customer support. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the artwork back in our studio.
