Material: Made from highly durable, heat resistant, smooth finish resin.

Color: Colors may vary slightly from the image.

Finish: Due to the product being handmade, finish would not be perfect as a manufactured product. Kindly allow for some very minor imperfections.

Care: Not safe for microwave and dishwasher safe. Can be cleaned with soap and warm water or a wet cloth.

Packaging: Orders are placed in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a protective envelope to ensure safe delivery

• Changed your mind? No problem! We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we will refund you the full amount you paid including shipping and tax (if applicable). Please email us.

 

• Damaged products: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can refund the full amount (including shipping costs), provided you send us proof (such as an image/photo) showing us the damaged condition of the product. Once we receive the image/photo, it will be at our discretion if we consider the product damaged. Please email us for the best customer support.

• This product ships within 5 - 7 business days from our studio. Delivery times depend on the delivery location and could take an additional 2 to 10 business days to reach you. Please allow at least 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Approximate delivery times are shown when you place an order, before you make the payment.

• Orders are packaged in a non-bend envelope. Products are placed in a protective sleeve which is then placed into the protective envelope.

• Items purchased in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.

  Items purchased in a separate orders will be packaged and shipped separately. In this case, you may not receive the packages at the same time.
