• Changed your mind? No problem! We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we will refund you the full amount you paid including shipping and tax (if applicable). Please email us.

• Damaged prints: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can either refund the full amount (including shipping costs) or re-ship the order, provided you send us proof (such as an image/photo) showing us the damaged condition of the product. Please email us for the best customer support.

• This product ships within 5 - 10 business days depending on the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown when you place an order, before you make the payment.
• Orders are packaged in a non-bend envelope. Prints are placed in a plastic sleeve which is then placed into the protective envelope.

• Items purchased in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.
