Damaged artwork: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can refund the full amount (including shipping costs), provided you send us the original artwork back to our studio and email us proof (such as an image/photo) showing the damaged condition of the product. Please email us for the best customer support. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the artwork back in our studio.
This product ships within 5 - 10 business days depending on the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown when you place an order, before you make the payment.
Orders are packaged in a non-bend envelope. Prints are placed in a plastic sleeve which is then placed into the protective envelope.
Items purchased in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.
Items purchased in a separate orders will be packaged and shipped separately. In this case, you may not receive the packages at the same time.
