How do I place an order?

Select SHOP from the menu. Chose the product(s) you love, add them to the cart and proceed to payment. Once the payment is processed, your order is placed. and you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.

Maximum Order Size/Limit?

Due to shipping restrictions, the maximum size of 1 order is 2 kg which is about 45 prints. If you need to order more than this limit, please place separate orders for the additional prints. Shipping cost will be charged separately for each order.

The item(s) went on sale after I purchased it

The price of items may change based on a number of factors. If the price of the item reduces after you place the order, unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order in part or full. All sales are final.

Quality of paper and printing
​
We use high quality matte paper for illustrations and bristol paper or cardstock for cards for the best quality of color and resolution of images. . The printing ink is long-lasting and of quality that retains details and shades of the original art.

Secure ordering & Payment options

Payments are processed via PayPal which is very secure. You do not need to be set-up on PayPal to make a payment.
If you already have a PayPal account, great!

If you do not have a PayPal account set up, don't worry! You can pay by credit/debit card. Your payment will still be processed by PayPal without setting up an account. Please follow the steps below:

Place your items in the basket and checkout on our website. Fill in any required details.

Click the option: Pay with your card or your PayPal account

You will be directed to the PayPal page

Select the option: Check Out as a Guest.

If the PayPal page shows someone else logged in, select the option: Not You. This will log-out the user and allow you to select Check Out as a Guest

Proceed to fill in your payment details, Check that all details are correct before confirming your payment.

I do not have a PayPal account. Can I pay by credit/debit card?

If you do not have a PayPal account set up, don't worry! You can pay by credit/debit card. Your payment will still be processed by PayPal without setting up an account. Please follow the steps below:

Shipping

Shipping Timings
Our products ship within 5 - 10 business days depending on the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown when you place an order, before you make the payment.

How are Shipping costs estimated?
​
Shipping charges are estimated based on size, quantity and weight of the items ordered. The carrier charges higher prices for larger sized and heavier packages which we factor in the shipping prices.

Packaging

Items purchased in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.
Items purchased in a separate orders will be packaged and shipped separately. In this case, you may not receive the packages at the same time.

I made an error in the shipping address. What can I do?

Please verify that you enter the correct shipping/delivery address at checkout. In can it’s wrong, please contact us ASAP within 24 hours of your order. Provide us the order number and correct address. We are not responsible for shipping delays in this case. If you contact us more than 24 hours after placing the order, unfortunately we cannot cancel, refund the order or correct the address. Buyers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or re-purchasing items for re-shipped to the new address. Buyers are responsible for re-ordering the items. We cannot re-route orders cannot once they have been shipped.

Delay in shipment delivery

Once a package leaves our store, we are not responsible for any problems or delays with the carrier. The shipping timings provided are a guide based on information directly from the carrier's website. Camih Illustration is not responsible for any shipping delays caused through the carrier once the order has shipped from us.

Delivery Failure

If the carrier marks package(s) as "Failed to deliver", "Return to Sender" or any similar notice, we are not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending the package. The buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back until we ship the order. The buyer must pay the cost to re-ship the order. In some cases, the post office may not leave the package at the buyer’s address if the buyer is not home or if there is no safe space to do so. The post office leaves a note for the buyer instructing them to collect their package(s) at the post office. If they buyer does not collect their package(s) at the post office in time, they may be shipped back to us.

International shipping: Customs Duty, VAT, other fee

Some countries may apply customs duty and/or import VAT on items purchased from us, especially for large orgers. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will usually be assessed when the package(s) enter the buyer's country. As the price threshold(if applicable) for the application of such charges may vary from country to country, please refer to your local customs/ tax authority's website or office for further information. Additionally, the carrier may charge handling fee. The buyer will be responsible for paying these additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Changed your mind?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case we will refund you the full amount you paid including shipping and tax (if applicable). Please email us.

Over 24 hours of placing the order, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or refunds as the already would already be processed. Once you receive the item(s), if you are not fully satisfied, please email us to provide feedback and for the best customer support. All sales are final unless they were delivered damaged while in transit.
Damaged product:
We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can either refund the full amount (including shipping costs) or re-ship the order, provided you send us proof (such as an image/photo) showing us the damaged condition of the product.
